Useres' Rights

This Letter of the Health Users Rights is based on six basic principles of citizenship. Together, they ensure the citizen the basic right to the dignified entry into the health system, be they public or private. The Letter is also an important tool for you to know your rights and can help Brazil have a health system with much more quality.

1° - All citizens have the right to be attended with order and organization.

2° - All citizens have the right to have a quality health care.

3° - All citizens have the right to a humanized treatment and without any discrimination.

4° - All citizens should have all their patient rights respected.

5° - All citizens also have duties when seeking health care.

6° - All citizens must perform what the Letter of the Health Users Rights says.
